Including some new shows...
We have made some changes to a number of our regular show slots, and these will start to take place as of this week.
The first of these changes takes place on a Monday evening, as we now have Smooth Country with Tony Pankhurst airing from 7 - 9 pm on a Monday, with Tony's usual Thursday programme time now filled by the Kev Williams show from 9 - 11 pm.
Sue Vallis will then feature with her Soothing Sounds, from 9 til 10 pm, followed by Sounds of the 70's with Gary Jackson.
Our Saturday line up will also now be slightly different, as The Rock and Roll show with Tony Pankhurst will now air from 12 - 2 pm, as he swaps timings with Best of British, which will now air between 4 - 6 pm.
As Family Favourites with Steve G on a Sunday has now come to an end, this will now be filled with a repeat of Talk of the Towns, giving listeners another opportunity to hear our weekly local news and politics show, with Steve G and Barry Rhodes.
As mentioned, we also have some new shows for you, the first of these which will air on a Friday from 7 - 8 pm with Paul Baker and his one hour Mystery Top 40.
For those early birds amongst you, Paul brings another of his shows to the table with his Paul Baker on a Sunday show, airing from 5 - 7 am. Then he brings the weekend to a close with 2 hours of his Paul Baker on the Radio show from 10 - midnight on a Sunday evening.
Further information on these news shows will follow soon, so keep an eye on our website and schedule for updates.
And of course we still have all of our regular shows to keep you entertained throughout the day, so don't forget to tune in locally on 104.7 FM, via your smart speaker or online via Radio Player.
