With many of us now having to work from home during the Coronavirus outbreak, we thought we would share with you some resources to help make this more manageable. 

Gov.uk is the place to go to get up to the minute guidance on when you can and cannot leave your home with further details on employment and what support is available during this time.

CIPD has a great range of tips and tool kits to help you make the most of working from home, from ensuring, where-ever possible you have a quiet place to work, to getting dressed and planning for the day ahead.

It is important that your mental health and well being is looked after during this time, especially for those more used to being in a busy office surrounded by work colleagues. 

Mind is a great resource to use, with a coronavirus information page packed full of useful information and links to further guidance and support should you need it.

Mental Health UK has put together a blog post about how best to support mental health at this time, which you can read here.

If you are an employer then it might be worth taking a look at The Mental Health at Work's Coronavirus toolkit, packed full of advice and guidance & further resources on how to ensure the mental well-being of your staff is effectively considered. 

Happiful have 7 top tips for making your work from home days happy ones and the BBC website has an article giving us 5 ways to work well from home, both of which make interesting reading.
