Tony joined Castledown FM in early 2019 to present a weekly country music programme.

Previously experiences include a rock 'n' roll show on BBC Radio Medway (Now Radio Kent) and various hospital radio stints.

Tony currently has a regular weekly country music show on radio stations worldwide, from Spain to New Zealand and Arizona in the US. as well as several in the UK.

Not long after starting with CDFM the following was overheard whilst out shopping

"There's nothing like a good radio presenter is there?"

it was answered with....

"No and that Tony Pankhurst is nothing like one - but he does play some interesting music!"
